After submitting the form, where to send other docs? Should I send them to NSC regardless the receipt number or to TSC depending on the number?

Once you submit forms, the receipt which you will get will have all the details about where to send rest of the materials.
 
Currently the mailing address for E-file I-140 supporting materials is always TSC, does this mean all e-filed I-140 will be processed by TSC?

and what about if one submit i140 by efiling method , will my applicationbe for sure processed by TSC or it will go to NSC? what if after i applied to i140 online, i wan submit my i485, where should i submit it? pls help
