I had filed my EB1 through a lawyer last July its already been 8 months and the lawyer has advised not to go for PP for a Nebraska application. I read in this forum that one can e-file (hoping it goes to Texas) while the other application is pending. I would be highly obliged if someone could advise me... is it worth applying this route as a backup because Nebraska is scary I do not know which way the case will go.
Also I am using the EAD from the filed 485 so can that be inter linked to the new application in case the old I 140 is pending or denied. I would really appreciate your help.
