e filing question

I am applying for 765 by efiling.. My appl is currently trans to phiadelphia. I entered using AP but still I am using H1 B to work as I didnt change employer.
1. What is the manner of last entry I have to mention in efiling.
Parolee ??

2. what is the curr immig status I have to mention. Is it H1 B ??

Please help asap.

What was the reason for using AP, if you have a valid H1 and still working for the same company?

1. Parolee (status should've been mentioned on your I-94)
2. AOS pending and H1B

1. I didn't have the visa stamped in the passport that's why I used AP.

2. I couldn't find AOS/H1b in the drop down list for efiling.
 
Don't efile

I suggest not to efile. I did for my wife more than 2 months ago and yet to be get approved. Our Rd is July 29 and not yet approved. Moreover U need to visit ASC cetre for Picture and FP. The worst thing, is we were needed to go again for 2nd FP as our Ist FP expired and the EAD FP did not get considered for I-485. I have seen lots of guys filed directly by mail in AUG got approved.
Better go for Mail than E-file.

2) Why they need FP for EAD anyway?
3) If we mail, are they going to send notice for FP later, in which case we have to goto service centre?
4) Looks like mail is better than efile? Are you sure? In most cases, does efile is worse?
5) When we mail the application, do we have to include prepaid
return letter, in case something wrong with applcation or if we miss anything to include. How VSC returns the package?

I applied by efile yesterday. I selected Advance parole. In another comments column I mentioned it is adj pending/H-1B.
As I am using H-1B (valid till Aug 2004) I am not in a hurry for EAD (exp. jan 04).

Note: My spouse was able to extend H-1b from VSC with the same employer even after using advance parole. So I am almost sure that H1b will be valid even after using advance parole.

For Mail FP not required. Efile need to go to ASC for Picture Then they will take FP also

NO FP for mail

My experience with EAD is worse

NO, VSC uses govt official letter

As per knowledge Once you used Advance parole. Your H1b is invalid. Please consult a attorney.
