E-Filing Question

Hi,

I just now submitted E-file application for EB1A and I have a couple of minor questions regarding supporting documents:

1. Should we just send confirmation receipt page or should we include a copy of I-140 application that we get to print at the end?

2. Is it OK if we bind the supporting documents or it has to be loose?
