E-Filing Question (Individual or Representative / G-28 related)

Hi All,

I will be e-filing I-539 visitor visa applications for my in-laws. We need to create an initial user account, to e-file any application.

Question #1:
Now, if I create the user account on their behalf, do I create it as an "Individual" or as "Representative"?

Question #2:
If I need to select "Representative", what should we select as "Organization Name"?

Question #3:
If I need to select "Representative", do we have to send form G-28 also?

Can someone please answer these questions and I need to apply for their extension pretty soon.

It is very obvious. Organization name is the name of your company. Usually a Legal Firm's name. This tells u u r not to apply as representative.
