E filing of EAD

Hi, I posted the same question here a few days back, but I am still
not sure whether it's OK to apply for EAD by myself through E
filing option.

Per the information on BCIS official site, it states the Application for Employment Authorization should be sent along with Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative. Can I do the E filing without attnorney's G-28 form? Did anybody here file EAD online on his own? I would apprecaite if somebody can shed some lights on this?

BTW, I did 140/485 concurrent filing, but didn't apply EAD at
the first round.

Thanks.

I did the e-filing on last Monday, FP/Photos at Appln.Support Center on Tuesday - on Friday I got the Receipt notices from VSC... I don't think there is need to fill G-28, if you do e-filing...

G-28 form is needed only if u are filing through a lawyer. It authorizes the lawyer to file for u.

thank you two for the reply!

snowbell, do you know the post date of the topic you refer to?
Thanks again!
