E-filing of EAD

Just for simplicity, I have just filed EAD through e-filing online. But I am not very sure about how it is supposed to work, because it didn't ask for I-485 filing receipt etc. Should I mail the I-485 receipt along with the e-filing receipt or wait for USCIS to ask for it, or USCIS will find it out? Anybody has done EAD through e-filing?
 
If you look at the receipt which you would have got after applying online, it gives all the information.

You have to mail all the supporting documents as stated in the receipt and go to the application service center to take the photos and finger printing.
 
I'm taking a fingerprint and photo for I-485 too, can both I-765 and I-485 share the same fingerprint and photo?

Do I have to make an appointment first, or can I go the local CIS office to fingerprint and take the photo directly.
