E-filing I-765

Hi Guys,

I e-filed the I-765 today. when I was trying to call the BCIS number 1 800 375 5283 (specified this no. on receipt number) I did not have any option to select the option for making an appointmnet with ASC. I called around 6.00p.m(EST). People who e-filed input would be appreciated.

1) What option we need to select when we call the 1 800 number?

Choose the option..

to talk to a representative, and then explain to them that you need to make an appointment at local ASC.

You need to talk with the representative. You should be atleast one hour on phone to reach them.
