E-filing I-140 (EB1-OR)

Hi there,

I am going to e-filing my I-140 form (EB1-OR) soon since so far all the e-filing cases have been sent to TSC (am I right on this?) . The lawyer in my University has never done this, so he wants me to make clear everything before talking to him. Here is a few questions that I want to verify:

1. Is the I-140 e-filing available in EB1-OR category? 'coz the university lawyer said that he only heard the PERM can do the e-filing

2. After e-filing the I-140, where should I send the supporting documents? Is there a receipt notice after e-filing that has the instruction of which service center I should send to? (and normally that service center is TSC, right?)

Thank you very much.

Found the answers after browsing the old posts. Thanks anyway.

Most E-filing cases I found were self-petion type (NIW or EB1-A). And my lawyer in the University hasn't been convinced in the befefits of e-filing after he consulted a few of his lawyer friends:-( Is there any hidden risks for e-filing? It is a very interesting question to me that why most lawyers won't use e-filing although it can make your applications lock on TSC? I would appreciate for you sharing your thoughts here.
