E-filing EAD

Hi Guys,

I e-filed the I-765 today. when I was trying to call the BCIS number 1 800 375 5283 (specified this no. on receipt number) I did not have any option to select the option for making an appointmnet with ASC. I called around 6.00p.m(EST). People who e-filed input would be appreciated.

1) What option we need to select when we call the 1 800 number?
