e-filing 131

hello everyone.

Please, could anybody help me with e-filing 131?

When i start application i am asked the following:

I-131 Questions

In order to electronically process your application, you must provide information for the items
marked * below.

1. Is there a pending I-485 Application to Register for Permanent Residence by the beneficiary? *
Yes No

If yes, please select location where the I-485 is pending:
Select a BCIS Location

2. Has the beneficiary been granted Temporary Protected Status? *
Yes No

3. Does the beneficiary have an I-551 Permanent Resident Card? *
Yes No

And when i answer NO to all those questions, it says i can not e-file. I don`t understand why.

Is there something i am doing wrong here?

I really suggest you to fill up the application by hand if you will, you can download the form from Visapro which is PDF files and you can fillup the form in you computer and then send it with you photo and other stuff,
I would not take long , I got mine in 30 days and it is a lot easier,

Eventhough we are in Computer age, but not in CIS.

It is easy to answer thoese three questions. But, it seems nasrmobin is right, m-filing i-131 is faster than e-filing, based on what I read here.
