e-Filed I-140 on sept30th, 2005, can i send in my I-485 on october5th, 2005 ?

I have e-Filed I-140 on sept30th, 2005 under the EB2- NIW category, can i send in my I-485 on october5th, 2005 ?

i did check the option in I-140 application that I 'm concurrently filing i-485.

So, will my I-485 be accepted after october1st, 2005 under the prev quota where visas were current last month ? or will my 485 not be accepted after october 1st, 2005 ?

Urgently need your advice so that I can either send / stop filing my I-485
