E File Vs Paper Application

My Friends Notice Date 06/03/2004 (paper)
His case got approved last week. Mine is still prending.
Is processing e-filed cases always slower than paper? How soon can I expect my approval?

My efiled ead has a RD of 2/6/04, so far nothing at all received from MSC.

My wife paper filed at TSC on 04/20/04 and has had her card for a month now!

Just keep waiting, this could take some time.
