E File for I 131

You can not file for AP or an EAD for that matter until the I-485 is filed for. Those benefits only come with the I-485.
In some Employment based cases people can apply for their I-140, EAD, AP, and I-485 all at the same time.

So please refrain from giving advises about something you don’t know.
Nobody said anything about AP here…

P.S. I applied and got my very first EAD six months BEFORE I filed I-485.

You are certainly eligible to file for your Travel Passport.
But instead of e-file you should use the regular mailing process.
