e-file EAD Biometrics Notice

I applied for EAD on line; I received the Receipt Notice but did not get the Biometrics Notice.

1) When do we get the Biometrics Notice for EAD?
2) Do we get the Biometrics Notice for EAD after we submit the supporting documents?
3) Is receipt notice for EAD is good enough as a Biometrics Notice?

Any Body in the same situation?

Hi, once you e file Ead they wil send you recipt notice in 10 days and than biometrics notice for fingerprint and photograph later i guess 3 weeks, i applied EAd E file renew first time, filed on Sep,22,2006 ,, got recipt notice i week and biometrics appoinment for oct 16,2006. now waiting for final card.
FYi you dont need to send supporting docs i e file but I any how snet it via mail to national benefit center doesnt hurt. Thx :o

Did you send supporting documnets for EAD before you got the FP notice ?

I e-filed EAD with NSC.

E file EAD

Hi guys , FYI this is first time I had applied EAD on line , thisis gonna be my 4th EAD, My green card is pending with FBI name check which is pending from last 3 years. To the point , for EAd now INS had stopped issuing EAd in service center or local office, there are two ways to apply either E file or send your application to Chicago mail box both goes to national benefit center in lee summit missouri. well since its my first time e fileing i didnt take any cahnce and sent all supporting docs via regular mail, so far i have recived notice of action in first 10 days and got Fp notice in 3 weeks, waiting for actual card .

E-file EAD got biometrics and recepit almost same day

Hi guys,

Just wanted to share the e-file details. I applied for EAD reneval on Nov 08 got the Receipt on Nov 16 and biometric on 17th.

How long before your current EAD expires that you filed for renewal?

My current EAD expires in May 07 and I am figuring out if I should file renewal in Dec or Jan.

Hi Minn,

I applied 45 days earlier and since I am not using it I just have it incase I get a better job.
