E-File Charged twice for EAD Application

As my first EAD is soon to expire, I had to file I-765 for a new EAD. I decided to use E-File. But unfortunately, just after making the payment, the internet screen froze. Ultimately I had to kill the process. I repeated the process second time (after a gap of two days) and everything went fine. For the second process, I received proper notice and I got the notice by mail too. But now I checked and I saw that my credit card has been charged both time.

I talked to BCIS, they asked me to send a letter to TSC with all evidencec, but the operator also cautioned that all appliccation fees are non refundable. Anyone had similar experience? Please respond.

1. The BCIS person must have given you standard reply.
2. You can ask your credit card co. to dispute the charge.
