E-File Advance Parole Question(No middle Initial)

I don't have any middle initial and the E-File process warns
that if I don't fill that information my application process will be delayed or denied.
Should I ignore the warning and E-File or go "Paper"?
 
Yes Ignore it. First time when i E-Filed I-765 I put "NONE" in the middle initial and in the reciept notice came as "NONE" as one of my name, then i had to call Customer service to correct it and finally in my card it was fine.
