Hi,
CASE A:
My new employer have already applied for E3 visa transfer inside US.I am currently working in US for another employer.Due to current economic situation and financial position a lot of people are being laid off from my current employer. Now if my current employer lay me off, then should I leave US within 10 days or can I wait for the application outcome/approval of the E3 visa transfer already applied by another employer?
CASE B:
Before entering US I have had stamped two E3 Visas on my passport.Employer A didnt have the project at that time therefore I got another E-3 stamped from Employer B.I enter US using my Employer B E-3 visa. Now Employer B dont have the project but the date on visa label from Employer A on my passport is still valid so can I work for Employer A now??
I have 3 E3D visas for dependant attached to my visa as well.
