Hi, I am a 26 yr old, born and bred Australian.
I have received a job offer in the USA in sales management. And they want to sponsor me for the E3. They have already filled out the ETA 9035 form and ready to process.
Can someone please help me as to what the process is, as I can not seem to get a straight answer from anywhere. And what forms, documents I need and the steps to take.
The thing that concerns me, is that I have just completed a Cert 4 TAFE traineeship at a company for Business. With one year work experience. I also have my MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certificate from 2003. And the company in the US wants to hire me due to my Business training/experience, as well as I.T. experience and qualifications.
Do you think this would make me not qualify for the E-3?
I am planning on returning to Australia after the E3 is up, but am nervous as I do not know what documents to take opr the next step, as well as my experience and qualifications.
Also, do the qualifications have to be relevant to the position? (i will be an accounts manager) because I have also completed courses in other fields (but not a degree).
