E-3 Skilled Worker VISA NVC asked to resubmit the Marriage Certificate

My civil documents were submitted on 18th March. On April 9th we received email from NVC to resubmit my Marriage Certificate and my petitioner has submitted the requested document in second week of April. It was more then month so as precaution when I raise the public enquiry form on NVC to check the status of requested document. NVC Support team responded - they are still waiting for requested document. I revalidated with my petitioner and they gave me assurance of submission with exact date 11 April. I am in confusion now did NVC has not reviewed my submitted yet? How long NVC take to review the resubmitted document and update their system. If anyone gone through this process can share some experience would be appreciated.

My priority date is July 2007
