E-3 and TARP

Hi All,

I was wondering if the E-3 visa also falls under the "Employ American Workers Act" - crack down on H-1B Petitions.

I am an Aussie looking to transfer (internal transfer via my current employer) to the US via the E-3 visa, but was wondering if there are an issues in actually getting it due to the above act.

The E-3 visa is not specifically mentioned in TARP probably more for the fact noone is aware of it rather than anything else. It is only the H1B visa and L1 visas that are mentioned.
