E-2 Visa processing London

Does anyone have any tips for contacting the E-2 visa department in London?

Email and fax enquiries all appear to have fallen on deaf ears and the application appears to have now been outstanding significantly beyond the current processing times.

Is it worth contacting Senator Mel Martinez's office or would that aggravate the Embassy staff?
 
The American embassy in London is not very good at replying to e-mails or faxes or certified letters either, You should get attorney to send on your behalf
