E-2 eligible business??

Anyone know if a profitable vending machine route (X number of vending machines in
Y number of locations, generating Z Profits/month) is an eligible business to take over and manage under E-2 Visa?

Sorry there is no telling what the consulate will say

The rules are you must invest a substaintail sum of money. Yet they do not say how much

You must employ USC/LPR, but they do not say how many

If you are thinking of buying this business then do so contingent on

1. Visa approval
2. Have due dilligence done by CPA, and satisfactory

Have a good business plan for ideas to expand
