Hello,
I have lived here with my family in the US for 8 years. I am turning 21 in August. I am majoring in Mechanical Engineering (Am in Senior Year). Since I am turning 21, I will no longer be allowed to be a dependent E-2 under my father [As I understand].
What are my options? Whats the best route for me to take??
My Dad applied for I-140 and I-485 and got denied based on ridiculous non-factual reasons, I mean the denial letter was completely laughable. So naturally we appealed. Waiting on response..
I don't know what to do!
Is F-1 Student really my only option??
How am I going to freaking pay university tuition international fee. grrr
