Hello,
My wife and I are considering investing in a U.S. restaurant, we are Canadian, and have about $600,000 to do so. We are looking at the E-2 visa and have a question about financing. Is anyone aware of any lender institutions that offer financing under these circumstances; that is lending money to documented aliens? We are looking for a loan of about the same amount $600,000. We understand that seller financing is another option but we want to know all of our options before we decide to do this. Thank you in advance.
