A Client has an L-1 Visa and applied I-140 few months ago. L-1 visa will be expired shortly. Because of L-1 expiration, he applied E-2 (Employee) visa a week ago under same employer (previous L-1Visa) Today, he got a RFE about his I-140 application. He brought this case to me.
Does his E-2 application affect I-140 process because nonimmigrant intent in E-2 application visa versa?
