E-1 / E-2 or GC

Hello, I am a new member of this forum. I have a J-2 visa with 2-year home requirement and I have been doing business with my EAD for more than 3 years as a reseller/trader/exporter with the average of more than $1 Million sale per year. %70-80 of my business is with my home country and it is a treaty country. I started as a sole proprietor then I converted it to LLC more than a year ago. It is now a single owner LLC (because I handled it by myself preety good so far :) ) however I am planning to hire some people in the near future. My questions are should I get waiver before I apply any visa leads to Green Card. Can I apply GC directly? Which visa suits me best? I know that it will be difficult to get GC from E-1 or E-2. What are the criterias?

Not familiar with the J-2 visa.
But you should convert if you can for a EB5 visa if you can. that will lead to a GC. There are some investment and hireing to do.
THe E-1 and E-2 will not lead to a GC, just unlimited extensions.
