EB3 World with PD of Aug 2005. I140 approved, EAD and AP approved. On h1 right now though. DWI in 2000 in Texas. Got 18 months probation and community service and fine. All done without any other issues.
While is college before 1998, I used to work off campus. I worked for many years like everyone else. since 1998 not unathorize employment on record. paid texas.
EB3 interview schedule in San Antoni later this month.
Questions. Will DWI cause any problems.
Will unahorize employment cause any problems.
What about 245(K) I have heard that they dont look at unahorize employment record since your last legal entry. Mine was in 2003.
Can any of this be an issue. Please share your thaughts.
