Hello guys it is me again!!!
I was shocked when I received the second package from KCC and they tell me in the letter my interview is for october the 8th.

I don't know if I will be ready by then
I haven't done the medical test yet.
I don't know where I want to leave in the USA.
I don't have a sponsor.

Can anyone advise me please?!!

I want to sponsor myself, so I will try put 13 000 dollars in my account (is that enough?), but I am worry about how many months statement I sould provide?? I also want to add a statement from my bank account in mycountry of origine

Could anyone give me advices on whet state to choose? I am in IT. and want to live somewhere quite with good job prospect.

My problem is I don't know people in the USA, just have some friends who are students and they cannot be sponsors!!.

And I have some document translated by certified translator, but in the lettre they talk about "oath statement" what is all thi about???

Hi dear, this is a very helpful forum and belief they'll help us all. I just got mine too yesterday and my interview is scheduled for Oct 1. I guess they listed out what you should carry along with u during the interview. As for me, i was not asked to come along with a bank statement nor name of sponsor or affidavit of support. I used my friends address who is resident in the US and she just got a job.

As for me, am a student and don't have anything in my account either. I am very confident i will make it because i have not been asked to bring any financial backing. However, i have my own querrels and pretty sure the forum will give me some advise.

On the first form i gave the date when i will b through with my BA which was Sept 2008 but indicated the BA will be pending. But is rather unfortunate i could not finish on the aforementioned date because i caught ill and could write my thesis.
Any one can help me on this.....what advise would you give me if am asked for the BA though i will carry my transcript along. Please i need your opinion

You still have time, but you should have been more careful yourself and knew your interview was coming looking at your CN. Many ppl are dying to see second NL and you were shocked to see one, that says it all unfortunately.
1. First, get medicals done asap
2. 13K should be enough, are u currently working in your country, that might help as well.
3. California is good place for IT, but its quite expensive until u find a job first. Even if your friends' are students, you can go and stay there first and look around for job prospects.
Just try and get things done asap

But I have decided not to pursue the american dream! I am just tired of going from country to country, and also restarting form scratch, this will sound like craziness to some of you, But I believe this adventure will not bring me happiness.
Wish all the other winners good luck!!!
at least my defection will increase their chance!!!!!
