DV2023 Doubts about change of name

Hi experts.

Hello, i recently send my application for DV 2023 lottery, using the name figure in all my documents and birth certificate, which is Fernando Josue Peralta Torrez (my passport have my two names and two surnames)

But is there a problem in my moms surname in my birth certificate "Torrez" is written with an Z and my mom's birth certificate it's written with a S, and that's the correct way of written it, Torres.

So this is the question, I'm thinking on rectify my birth certificate but than means I have to change too my passport, and all my documents, i want to be prepared of i get selected, do you think this can be a problem?, if I change my passport, i have to put the new passport in the DS-260 form, and my name, i have to put my name with the corrected surname and also mark check to put my old name?, Should I bring old and new documents to the immigration interview?

And, in case I wouldn't rectify the error, when i fill the form, i have to write my mom's surname Torres and my surname Torrez, which means they doesn't match, this is really important nor they are probably ignore that?

It's a boomer but that's a common mistake when they make birth certificates here, change a letter because sounds exactly the same (S and Z) in my case.

Thanks in advance

Your chances of selection are less than 1/2% in a typical year. Worry about it if you get selected. Your mother’s birth certificate is not even required in the process and no last names don’t need to match so don’t see why you even need to worry about it then tbh.
