In May, I submitted my DS 260 form and listed my relationship as single. In the middle of August, The KCC sent me an email asking me to send the supporting documents and a week later I got married.

I sent them an email, I asked them to unlock my DS260 form so I could change my relationship status from single to married, but they have not responded yet. Can you tell me what to do?

Should I wait until they unlock my DS 260 form and then change it, and then send the supporting documents, or should I send the supporting documents now and then change the DS 260 form later when they unlock it?

Is it likely that I will be interviewed in December/January?

First, wait for KCC to unlock your form. They have huge backlog of emails, so it takes some time until they respond. After that you can send the document for you and you partner. About the interview, I don't know. You should follow the Visa bulletin numbers, after your number is current and you are ''Document qualified", you can expect interview date. But pay attention to all the factors - is your embassy open or not, is the Tier system is still in place, etc.
