I have an EB2 ROW filed I-485 which has been pending for the past 5 months. I will be able to file under DV2017 in Jan 2017 as my rank number will be current. I am currently living in the United States.
Questions:
1. Do I still need to complete the DS-260?
2. Will the DV2017 AOS process quicker? I read somewhere these are marked for Expedite when received by USCIS?
3. Has anybody been in my position that can give any valuable insights?
