DV2014 Winner - some basic questions

My case number is 2014OC000029xx. Reading on these forums that seems to be a very high number for my region, do I have any hope at all of getting invited for an interview, and if so, is there any way to guess around when that might be?

I am planning to send in the forms DSP-122 and DS-230 to Kentucky in the next couple of weeks. Is there any benefit to me rushing this and trying to get them in sooner than 2 weeks time?

Both of these forms request details for education. Is this only for University level education and higher, or should I be listing High Schools as well? And if so should I go lower than this, such as Primary Schools, Kindergartens?

Yes it is a high number but it may get a chance. Looking at previous bulletins, (ignoring 2012) OC gets to around 1400/1500 then goes current in August/September. This year there were more winners selected, so things could be different, but hopefully your would see current in August or September. Watch this years VB for a better idea.

No there is no need/benefit to rush the forms. They won't really be more than logged at this point - so as long as they are there before your number comes up you are ok.

Not sure about the schools - I would suggest providing full school history if possible (especially if that is the way you are qualifying as opposed to work experience). Remember you have to show US High school equivalent - i.e. the starting point for university.
