DV2013 - Phone number on entry form

Hi,

Did you guys enter your phone number on the entry form for DV2013?
If you did, how did you write it.

If I was in the USA and should call my phone in Denmark I would type 011 45 2877xxxx
011 = International call
45 = Country code to Denmark
2877xxxx = My phone number in Denmark

But should I write it like that or like 45 2877xxxx or like 2877xxxx

How did you write it?

I personally wrote:

+44 [Country Code for UK] (0)1XXX [Area Code for County] 47XXX [My Phone number]

At the end of the day it does not matter that much, you will have to check on 1st May online anyway, and secondly US Embassies and DoS are not so stupid as to not know how to dial an international number. Make sure your email is correct though.
