I am filling ' List of employees for the last 10 years ' part.. I will stop working from my present job next month ...August 2009..So do you think I shoul write ' present' or " 08/2009' to the ending time ..If I should write ' PRESENT" do you think I should inform KCC about the change later on? I don't want to deal with the change of information part later on, so do you think to write August 2009 will be fine?

Don't worry yourself too much. You can't inform kcc of every change in your circumstances. Use 'present'. Your present job is not a condition to qualify for the visa.
