DV2008 winner

I am Nigerian born in Lome Togo. l won the DV2008 on the chargeability of TOGO and my case number is 2008AF00047xxx.l received NL in July 2007 and posted it back same July by Fedex.Provisional winners are only 1,509 for Togo,does this mean that all will receive appointment for visa interview? Also when is late to receive the second letter for interview?

Check the visa bulletin http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html for your region and see when your CN is current. If you dont understand the bulletin, plz do a search, there are lots of threas with explanations.

Thanks for your quick reply Tazmania but the site you refered me is for DV2007 winners.Unless it will apply to DV2008 winners by this time next year.
