DV2008 from asia, regard to affidavit support

I'm a student in NYC and married w/ the DV2008 winner.
I've consulted w many lawyars about my case to do AOS here.
Some suggest me to fiil out I-134 form, but some not.

They gave me the reason that I need I-134, because in NYC there're less available resource for green card lottery. So If I can find someone who can sigh I-134 for me, it'll good for my case.

How do you think? Do I need to file that form? Be cause I'm a student here and can't find anyone who's going to sigh for me.

Did anybody have the experience about this?
Thank you,

sawadee krup..!

You have sent me a message, but I cannot reply because you set your account not to receive private messages.

Do CP not AOS because your case number is really lower that you will have a interview in Krungteep. AOS is a little bit problematic, sometimes the papers stuck somewhere, CP is the faster. But sometimes risky..please read the related topics here about AOS.

If you are a student, it means you have a support from somewhere, can you request help from them to provide the affidavite of support..?

If you have further question do not hesitate to contact me. Pop khun mai krup..! ja kiip makk..! Sawadekrupp..!
