DV2005 form - need help!!!

I have a problem.
In DV registration form number 7 ("Mailing Adress") there are some fields:
- 7a. In care of;
- 7b. Adress 1.

I cannot understand, what should I write in the first field, and what - in the second! I don't know, what the differnces here, where should be my adress (street, house number, flat number). Everyone says that I should insert that information in field "7b. Adress 1", but no one can explain, for what is the first field (7a).

Does anybody here know how to solve my problem?

"in care of" means who should the winning notification be addressed to. For example, I filled out all the applications for my family members who live overseas and I'd rather get the notification here where I am in the US, than have it sent over there and have no guarantee it won't be lost in mail. So I put my name in 7a. and in 7b is just your address - e.g. street number, name, apartment, etc. But if you're filling it out for yourself, just put your name in 7a. That's it.
