DV visa allocation for dv 2007 by US State Department

I found this information on the web.

The allotment of DV 2007 visa numbers for each region is approximately as follows: Africa, 20,426; Asia, 7,087; Europe, 24,257; North America (Bahamas): 8, South America, Central America, and the Caribbean: 2,407; and Oceania, 815.

the most intersting one is the figure for Europe. I don't think there as much winners as over 20,000 from Europe. at the end, what will be left from Europe should be allocated to other regions...but i don't think that will happen
