Hello,
I need advise on the following question. My mother won a green card several years ago - the sticker was placed in her passport, but she never travelled to the US to activate it because of family issues.
Is there any chance to activate/re-activate it now?

How long was it ?? Need to activated it with in the 6 months of getting the visa

unfortunately those 6 months expired a few years ago. I thought if she won it one, there should be some record about it that can help her to activate it later.
 
It should be activated within the 6 months of time from the date in which he got selected for the DV Lottery. It is not possible to activate the green card now.
