Dv requirements concern!!

Hi my name is chris i live in israel i am 17 years old i i wanted to submit for the dv visa this year but i wont be getting my diploma till may of next year way before the interview and i wanted to know if that affects anything if i didn't have a diploma but got it before the interview will i be disqualified for that or will they accept it please help

You don't have to have met the education requirement at the point of entry - but you must have met it by the time of the interview. That is IF you get selected (average winning chance is one time in 100 years of entering). So - go ahead and enter.

You mentioned you live in Israel. For DV purposes, what is your country of birth?
