DV, Marriages and the US Army. What happens?

Let's say someone gets a DV and goes to the US.

1. How many years to Citizenship? And after that is that person eligible to become an officer in the US Army or Marines (provided that he/she meets all the other requirements -- like a BA/BS degree and the physical requirements) or will he/she be denied because he/she is an immigrant.

2. (What's the minimum age that a person has to have in order for him/her to get married in the US.)

Let's say the person marries their partner after they get their DV. The partner is in the US on a student visa. Will the partner's student visa staus be jeopardized because of this.(Not filing any immigration forms then of course.)

Then in about 5 years, the DV winner will get their citizenship. But since the partner has already been married to the DV winner for about 4 years, will his/her Green Card be temporary or will it be a permanent(unconditional) becase he/she has been married to a US Citizen for more than 2 years.

And in the normal course of events (they both stay in the US and remain married), when will the partner get his/her citizenship?

Thanks.
