DV Lottery winners in Uzbekistan?

Hello all DV winners 2009,
I have a question regarding I-134.
My brother and his wife each of them won DV lottery this year.
I was for some time illegal in US, but recently start paperwork based on bona-fide marriage . Will my violation effect thier visa approval?

They won in Uzbekistan and both of them graduates from University.
Do they required to present I-134 for interview?

If so, can my husbund sponsor them? Or it is better not to mention me in interview? Will US embassy care about any relatives in USA in issuing visa to them?

I will appreciate your advice.
