I have a question that bothers me: s
1. when I made my registration DV2014 I put "SAMY" as midelle name, but that name does not exist on my birth record it is just a name that my friends call me, so I worry to be disqualified
(I put N/A on both DS230 and dsp 122 form for midelle name) how to fix it?
2. for the DS-230 question # 33 for "Degree or Diploma" column I really do not know what i should to put there
the answers differs from forum to another ( degree / diploma / my own degree or diploma i am from algeria and it's different from USA diploma and degree
3. same problem as before with the dsp-122 form question # 6b column "Degrees (s) or Certificate (s) Received '
