Hi, I have a quick question.
I just received my K-1 visa yesterday and i'm planning to go over to the US within the next 2 months. However, i just got the letter telling me that i was one of the lucky winner of the DV lottery!!!
Now i don't know what i should do. I would much rather do the dv lottery thing i think, since there won't be that horrible marriage interview where you have to prove and prove again that you are infact "with" your husband.
I guess i'm wondering if anybody knows if i can get married to my US husband and still get the DV visa? I've read over and over that the DV visa is a lot quicker and that a marriage based visa can drag on for over 2 years.
