helleo,i won the dv lottery visa but im already at usa and i want to know about the process.Im one of the winner from africa benin .Also someone can please explain what the bulletin visa mean .and how can i know if im eligible to apply to the citizen and immigration services (cis) FOR ADJUSTEMENT fo statuts.my case number is 2013Af00009378
