Any DV 2012 winners from Australia?

Just want to see where you guys are going.

I am abit confuse where I should settle. Just want to see what are your thoughts.

You might be beholden to where you can find work as the employment situation there still isn't the best. It's a huge country. It's like asking where to live in Australia, or Canada. Good luck.

It's a big country with big differences in cost of living. Each state has varying levels of taxes, as do many counties and cities. This is perhaps not such a worry if you land a big-paying job but if not, I'd rather be in a place that doesn't drown me in high cost of living, taxes and fees.

We'll look at: property taxes, sales taxes, inheritance/estate taxes, gas taxes, state income tax, house/rent costs, insurance, fees, personal exemptions & deductions, etc. All those things add up.
