dv loterry for person in removal

as I've already mentioned in previous posts, I'm in removal now, waiting for my court date in may 2010. I'll try to apply for asylum, but I don't think my case is strong enough to actually win.

I was wondering, what's my chance of adjusting my status in a case I win DV lottery? is it even worth trying? can good lawyer help?

Good morning

Just talk with your laywer .......if you still you didn't get deportaion order you can sent you motion to court. i have my sister got DV 2010 she is on deportation process ,her number going be current on November.........she send her motion last week to drop her old case to start with the DV . why not ..........

5/08/09 Got Dv NL 2010AF9xxx
5/28/09 sent form 122 back to KCC
6/18/09 Got notice about process AOS
9/28/09 Sent motion to court to drop her old case
9/30/09 Sent payement DOS:
Her Number will current on NOV..........Hope this Dv road will be easy for her and she can't sent her packages like any of you after her number current she need to wait until the court willing to drop the case..........It is complicated case she has but ..........first time she tried the DV and she got it .so must have a reason.

I ask this before ..........i am asking again if any of you has case like her i am willing to hear........it is hard to be true the DV visa can safe her. GOD faith !!! she start it
