Hello all
I just applied for the DV2004 program but I filled with doubts like, is it true that some countries like France with less applications have better chances due to the per region quota ?
What are "cut-off" numbers? I see in the visa bulletin for example : EU: 18000
what does that mean?

Only BCIS/ NVC knows what is that............just aplly perfectly

Before mail it just review the spelling, DOB ,POB...........if you do any mistake , finally you may be denied for visa.........

So just applly ..........and relax
