If the DV Lottery continues (certain US politicians want it cancelled), Bangladesh will probably return to the DV Lottery in a few years. A country is dropped off the list of participating countries when a certain number of visa to the US have been reached over a period of five years. So until that number drops in the average, Bangladeshis will not be allowed to participate.
